Which pets can I use?

Any pet. Dogs and cats are most popular, but rabbits, horses, birds, reptiles and fish all print well. All we need is a clear photo.

When will my order arrive?

Printing takes 2–3 business days, then delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US. Each product page shows your expected delivery dates before you order.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it for free. Because each item is made for your pet, we can't take returns for a change of mind.

Can I put two pets on one gift?

Yes. Upload a photo with both pets in the frame. For best results, choose the blanket or the 18 × 24 in poster.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 states.
